3x25 Tricep V-Bar Pushdowns

Cutting out the overgrown willows from the hedge with a rather splendid Tramontina Machete x 4 (maybe 5 hard to tell on one of them)
Brush clearance whilst avoiding taking out the raspberry canes x 1/2

Now feel about 63 and look like a tired racing snake..

I'm going to kick in my running again, I will achieve my end goal by Christmas come hell or high water. In fact, I aim to have a major part of it complete by Nov 1st.

Previously I ran 10k per day for a month, then a month off, run for a month, rest a month etc ad ifinitum. I will break my best time of 25min 55sec....which incidentally came last November.
Setting goals is a fantastic way to stay motivated and on course...go for it Nick! :D

I used to do a lot of circuits & body weight only. various Press ups,pull ups to failure.Weights bored me tbh.Sandbag workout,long distance running 25 miles every other day with hills.Wrecked my joints from over doing it so that's over now lol :)
 
Nothing daily. I go to the gym twice a week, would love to no more but family commitments.

30mins on the bike and then bench press and after that its just a case of seeing which piece of equipment is free. Love doing legs!

Oh and I copy @Blademonkey routine for the other days
