It occurs to me that even though I work 20 mins away from Taylors, I've never stopped in for a browse, so given I have a relatively free day in the office, I'm heading down there at lunchtime.

Any thing to keep my eye out for? I'm after a tub of the Almond cream.
 
Well what a fantastic little shop!

Hundreds of shaving brushes and sets, loads of creams, soaps and toiletries, and friendly, helpful staff.

If only more shops were like that. Managed to escape after only spending £14, which I think is quite a feat!!

British actress and dancer. Probably best known for being in Cliff Richard's Summer Holiday film, and Worzel Gummage TV series.

There are many versions of the story... but the version I heard spoke of how a young actor got busy with Una and they went back for business at his place.

He awoke in the morning to find on his chest that she had perfectly curled one out.

There are a lot of variants of this story and it seems like one of those wild rumours that got silly.
