Oh well I'll have to share here then:

The Grosvenor 404 Badger / Boar mix. My second real brush. I had always wanted to get one of these after Fidos great recommendations at this price - £8.40 plus p & p direct from Progress Vulfix on the Isle of Man.

Whilst it clearly states made in England I ordered from and spoke to Brett in the Isle of Man who made it within a week for me. I suppose he could have hopped on the ferry over to the mainland.............

Got a Gillette Rocket of the Bay which cleaned up nice, and also got a boxed 1946 British Gillette New from kempton Antiques Fair this morning
also a big grubby in the box but cleaned up well.

Amazing how you clean them up so well! Is that just with your ultrasonic cleaner?

yep, ultrasonic, and a bit of a gentle scrub with fairy, a quick buff with silvo and voila !!! nice gillette bling !!!!

it's nice......................you like...................you wan't to look at it................you want to touch it............you can't have it lol lol :lol:

it looked s**t when i got it, case was too far gone to sort out, but yeah it was the jewell blades that clinched it for me, and i am gonna use them too !!! ;) :lol:

doh............!, yes sir you are perfectly correct, it is a Superspeed...., i just looked at the Knurling, and alot of Rockets have that Knurling
i have enough razors in my collection to know better :oops:
