What a great Shave - Coria from Signature Soap is just fantastic , and this Razor for me takes a great edge and is just a very good performer.

Getting near the end of this soap and found it rather hard to get the usual quality lather. However, the. Shave still went well and without any problemsI got a Top Notch finish. It has been some time coming but the Enoch is fast becoming
one of my favourite AC/ SE Razors.

I was kindly gifted this razor by a fellow member of the forum and this was my third shave with my it.
It really is a super little razor, so easy to use and providing a super close shave.
The soap I've never been that impressed with, on the 2nd pass however I absolutely went bananas on my mush with the brush and it just fell into place nicely providing a great lather.
A little bit of the EJ balm and then followed with the lovely L'Oréal splash with absolutely no stinging whatsoever. Happy days indeed.

Pre-shave: Hot shower, Kiehl's Facial Wash, cold water splash, and Elemis Pre-Shave Oil.
Soap: Oxford Soap Co - Sandalwood Soap.
Brush: Muhle Silvertip Fiber.
Razor: Above the Tie - Calypso R1.
Blade: Gillette Platinum (New) (Day 2).
Post: Cold water splash - D. R. Harris Pink Aftershave, Moroccanoil Argan Oil, followed by Professor Herb Mandarin, Basil and Lime Day Cream.

A lovely 2 pass shave WTG and XTG; no issues to report - DFS+ finish.

I don't often plan ahead for a shave, it being hogmany tomorrow, I'm thinking of a whisky themed shave - the Gentleman's Groom Room Essence of Scotland Malt 'n' Myrtle Traditional Shaving Soap; Jo Malone Huntsman: Whisky & Cedarwood Cologne - not sure yet on the razor or blade...

* Now I get Simpsons brushes, I swear in there tunnel vision, shaving cream and Bowl is the best and only way for lathering. The Brush just works better for me with cream, just transfers the rich creamy lather to my face without hesitation :love:

** The Proraso a new smell it's not horrible just does the job, can't complain on the cushion or slide, outstanding! And just to be clear, I've gone batshit crazy over Christmas and ordered all of the Proroaso lineup.....but not the beard oil/beard care......coz I don't have a beard....... just saying.......probably good shit.......nah..... I'm not going there.
