I think the Collie come through more on Poppy. She is incredibly Intelligent....but sensitive. My wife takes her to Dog Agility which helps to keep her occupied and challenged! She likes to go to sleep at night with a paw in my hand!. She is a wee sweetie:love:

This is an absolutely awesome soap! The scent upon opening the lid was a wow! Together with the awesome brush, easily whipped up a creamily thick, and slick lather...thanks to a fellow shaving enthusiast's generosity for both of these super high-quality products...
This beautiful antique razor returns from a re-honed & finished on a Nakayama. The edge...amazing buttery smoothness, very comfortable and efficient. Managed a workday rush 2.5passes for an enjoyable dfs+/ccs result. The aftershaves were terrific and matched well with the soap.

Hey, thanks for your comment. I do love the D plates...with this, I now have both the SB & OC plates...however, I also have the SB-F plate and it used to be an intimidating shave but recently it's not...it becomes so much smoother and more efficient!

Thank you. We're doing as well as can be expected. His energy level is off the charts and he's easily bored. Monday he chewed through the power cord to my computer. So, along with a new power cord, I ordered more chew toys. It's a learning experience for both of us.

Ahahahaha...don't they just love the power cords...in my house, 1 cat (out of 6) is the main power cord chewer...

Prep: Warm shower:/Asda Sea Salt & Fennel Extract 2 in1 Shower Gel.

Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
Simple Pure Bar Soap.
Brush: Fine 24mm Synthetic.
Face Lather.
Lather: HWF Lanolin Shaving Soap. (no.3)
Blade: Dorco Prime Platinum. (D3)
Razor: 1960's Gillette Slim Twist.

Post:
Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, Cold Water Face Rinse./ Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel./P&G Old Spice Bearglove ASL Spray./Wilko Men's Moisturiser.

Early Morning Shave,

Last outing of the Dorco Prime Platinum which which has performed wonderfully with each shave. Today yet again, was no exception....This is my favourite blade from the Dorco camp.

The 1960's slim twist was my first vintage Gillette DE razor which was kindly passed on to me by a friend of the family when i first started de shaving. I've said this on many occasions, it still amazes me that 50 year + vintage razor can still shave so smoothly.

A enjoyable 2 pass + pick ups close shave with no errors to report...Finishing the shave off with a small dollop of Nivea Men Fresh Kick ASB.

My face is feeling smooth cool, & smelling divine. ;)

Looks like today is the day to join the cool kids and post a double-header;) Yesterday's shave was simple, straightforward affair that was perfect for an early start and a 250 mile round-trip. Today however I found myself working from home and had time for a more leisurely approach. I've been waiting to try Le Grand Chypre since @Scorpio93 popped a sample to me, and all I can say is wow. The lather was great, and the scent transcends the seasons. Summer fresh with a slightly deeper hint behind. Blast of Duru was fresh, but the Ben Vorlich pulled the sweetness out of the soap for an amazing finish. I did find the Super Blue took a little more work through this razor than the previously utilised GSB, but we're talking fine margins.

Thanks for the response. I have to confess, I still find the SB-F plate a bit intimidating.
