Grrrr...Valbuena wasn't, gamble did not pay off. Thank Christ I swapped Benzema out at the last minute.

Saying that he's not played yet, but I've a feeling against Costa Rica he may shine. I hope.

Brazil Columbia I struggled with, I've 2 Brazilians and two Columbians in my squad, let's see how it pans out.
 
Same dilemma, my thinking is he may get a goal but probably not two especially in that heat...famous last words
 
I did :(

3 of the top strikers in the tournament and none of them have scored a goal in this round.
Passing the captains band to a defender now for the last game.
 
My last ditch effort of gaining some decent captain points payed off. I stuck Gonzales (Costa Rica) in and he reaped me 26 points ;)

Now it's time for some transfers...
