I feel like we ought to change this to:

Tabac vs MWF vs Arko as a true battle between the Tallow GIANTS!

YOu could always start your own war, Arko v Palmolive...battle of the sticks.

Well, when you try them, you might find that the Palmolive and ARKO sticks are excellent (if a bit controversial) soaps. Especially the Palmolive lather gives very good protection and glide.

The Fat would crack the bowl if it wasn't the size it is. Just add water (and by add water, I mean fill up the bowl) wait 24 hours and then try it. I guarantee you will have more lather than you could shake a stick at...and the puck will have filled the bowl.

Been doing this for years...though I leave it over the weekend till it fills the pot completely...and I mean right to the brim! Once you've bloomed MWF, seriously, it's one of the easiest soaps to lather...never had an issue with it.

Having said that, I love Tabac as well and went back and forth between Cella, Tabac and MWF for many years before I returned to the forums and my soap stash went haywire.

I can see a reasonable analogy when a brush blooms - in fact it says a lot more than a brush has been hydrated. However, I'm with you on the soap thing PoM.
