Sunday

EJ Chatsworth (Ebony)
Iridium(1) 1st try with this brand - no probs whatsoever throughout.
Mühle Best Brush
Nanny's Warm Spice
Alum (Thanks Andy :D )
Witch Hazel - generic 99p distilled - not sure where SWMBO got it, but i have now pinched from her!
Wings AS
Nivea ASB.

Had problems again during the shave creating a long lather with the soap. After muddling through, i decided that before cleaning and packing up i was gonna do some more practise with both this and Sandalwoody! 1st attempt after the bl*ody shave i managed to get a really thick creamy lather from both! This soap needs less water than nearly every other i have tried! Oh well, will know for the future! :D

Castle Forbes Lavender cream is my number one favourite cream or soap - the scent is magnificent and so is the lather. Even at £20 - for 200ml - it's great value. And the Simpson PJ2 best (I got mine for £65) is a real class act. I got the Floris Elite A/S balm long before I switched back to DE shaving and it's still a great performer. And the Chatsworth - can't leave it alone.

So it was another good day.

Sunday

Mühle R89
Feather (5)
Trumpers Coconut cream
Trumpers Super Badger travel brush
Coral
Moisturiser

Just a two pass shave with a few touch ups (in areas I usually do) and a great shave. Partly due to not shaving yesterday.

Sunday PM (36 hrs growth)

Mysore Sandalwood Soap (as a pre-shave)
Merkur 34C
Personna (Blue Pack) (1)
EJ BB Small
ToBS Sandalwood
Alum
Nivea ASB

first time out with the 34C, i usually use the 38C, but thought i had better start some rotation before my eBay wins pitch up (40s SS & Slim Adj) vying for my attention.

not bad, not bad, not great either - but hey, first time out it will take a few days to get my rhythm going i guess.

Sunday Evening

EJ DE89 7 O'clock yellow (3)
ToOBS 'Mr Taylor' cream
Vulfix 2235 Super
Alum
Boots Freshwood ASB
Kourus EDT

36 Hrs growth and a BBS very little irritation.

MWF is such a flog in a hard water area. After much effort I do get a passable lather but I really think it is going to go in my travel bag for future use. I rarely go to an area with harder water. Still a pleasant shave with the Chatsworth/Super Thin and DR Harris doing their stuff.
