This boar is taking quite a lot of breaking in - possibly due to the lower loft and higher density. As such, the lather for the first pass wasn't quite right (too dry) and the Feather dragged a bit (not remotely ideal).

with all the new soaps that arrived today i thought i would share my first shave with something other than mwf so

razor: timor 1320 with timor blade
soap: ogallala bay rum and sweet orange
brush: the shaving shack pure bagger
topped off the some proraso green

my razor technique has improved and i am impressed with the soap as it made up for my lathering technique
