Prep: hot flannel followed by Proraso Sensitive pre shave cream
Brush: Muhle Black fibre
Soap: Bodyshop macca root cream
Razor: Merkur 1904
Blade: Wilkinson sword (1)
Balm: Nivea sensitive

After a really rubbish shave earlier in the week with a Lord platinum blade switched to trying the Wilkinson sword for the first time. Worried by the mixed reviews of this blade, shouldn't have been great smooth shave got too cocky on the third pass and even nicked myself doh.
Overall really nice bbs.

Neals Yard hard soap. This does not lather well even with a drop of glycerine

Today, a full shaving shop shave!

TOBS Shaving Shop shaving cream + Omega 31025 boar + Merkur-Pearl with Feather + TOBS Shaving Shop gel and cologne

I like much this scent than the Omega boar is really pleasant and soft, so all ok!

Cheers!

In comparison with yesterday's ATT R1 the Weber doesn't feel like it's doing its job but the end result is a very easy BBS. Always surprises me how well the Weber performs.
Still think TOBS Eton College beats T&H 1805 cream.

Have a great weekend folks.

Bonjour Blake,

Looks like you and that French Flaying Floozie are an item now!! Man, I tried getting to know her better but she was not interested. Even tried to give me butterfly kisses a time or two when I tried bending her to my will. Yeah, the kind that leaves a mark. I let her alone after that......

Good to hear the two of you are sympatico. She's a purty lil thang, ain't she?

Tried my sample of this soap today. Nice, if faint, scent - reminds me of the old sauna at the sports centre back home. Not hugely menthol, but hints of wood possibly? It needed a bit of work (maybe because it's my first time using it) and it performed quite well. Not quite the menthol hit I expected from the title, Ingram's is far more chilling!

Third shave with this blade seemed the smoothest yet.
