1st time with the Gillette New, and i like it. Its more agressive than the EJ DE89, but its really gentle :). The soap is awesome. ;)
 
Today's shave
Razor: Darwin.
Blade: NOS Scottish Perma-sharp (1).
Brush: TSN 2014 LE Simpson M6.
Soap: MWF.
Aftershave: Pashana.
EdP: Floris Mahon Leather.

My first go with the Darwin, it's a real looker, sadly it's not mine and I'll have to return it soon. I really enjoyed using it but that may be the thought of having a Darwin in my hand as the shave itself might just be slightly on the aggressive side for my tastes. It isn't as aggressive as an R41 though.

the 2013 r41 is a great razor, i highly recommend it. not as scary as its made out to be.

Often the way with these things! Im finding my Scimitar not quite man enough to cut through 2/3 days growth on the first pass. I'm not expecting BBS from one WTG, but a razor which would leave me close in 2 comfortable passes would be great. It looks fantastic too!
