Sunday 24th August

Nuage oil pre shave
Alphy & Becs Mango
NF travel brush
Tech
Lord Blade
Proraso Post
pens Castille

I recent purchased the Nuage oil £1.10 at Morrisons, I just rubbed two shots in well before I started. In the dim and distant past while I was on the carts I remember trying an oil and it was terrible. All it did was clog up in the blades, but this didn't happen with the Nuage. Great stuff especially at that price.

The NF travel brush I used just because I hadn't used it for a while and with the Alphy & Becks whipped up a great lather. So I have had a lovely smooth shave and I'm ready to watch the F1.

[attachment=11523] Testing new blades in 'The Standard', Rapira Voskhod work very well. Finished off with Aqua di Parma 'Fico di Amalfi'.

Mastro Livi RWL34, 9/8 Full Hollow, French Point

Sunday shave has always been a special shave. Not only because I have more time for this, but also because I usually pick one among the finest straight razors of my collection and it usually is a Mastro Livi razor. This one proved to be an absolutely superior razor: it is still keen and very sharp like the day I bought it. Not to mention, shave was pleasurable and perfect.
