Very pleasant shave. Won't push Sputnik to a 5th shave tomorrow, but it managed 4 admirably. Myrsol Emulsion really works well as an ASB - very nice barbershop scent and leaves the skin smooth and conditioned without a hint of greasiness.

Just tried my new NOS Gillette Alu Tech, with a Gillette SB.
Hot towel soak for for 1 min
RSC cream, Omega brush face lather

2 days growth and the little Tech couldn't manage, so quickly swapped to my Black Beauty with a 3 shave old Sputnik for a 2nd WTG pass.
Then back to the Tech for the ATG and touch up.
Most pleasurable shave. The little tech is a pleasure, just not aggressive enough for more than one days growth.
Impressed with the Gillette silver blue too!

Last use of this blade. It's been surprisingly durable. Very satisfying shave after a 3 day gap.

This soap is nearly there, could do with a tad more slip. I'm pleased where I am at with it.
