Prep: Hot shower, followed by Neutrogena Razor Defense Face Scrub
Pre: Village Barber oil
Soap: Mike's Natural soap (Barbershop)
Brush: California Redwood Burl handle, 24mm TGN Finest 2-band
Razor: ATT R1 plate w/iKon bulldog handle
Blade: SuperMax Super Platinum (2)
Post: Osma alum block & Thayer's Original witch hazel
ASB: G'Day Mate (From OZ) balm

2nd day with the ATT head but first time with the R1 plate. Wow, this thing is the most aggressive razor I've tried to date. I can't imagine what the H1 plate is like.
BBS in 2.5 passes but it wasn't enjoyable (it could sense my fear).

Aqua Velva

Just needed a blade for one shave so diped in to the one blade basket and pulled out a laser Ultra. Still not the smoothest shave but have to say it was closer than last time I used one and no irritation at all, in fact the shave was pretty good and finished very nicely by the Aqua Velva.

Still not sure I would look at the blade for a second shave but fair dos it went quite well last night. I'm pleasantly surprised.

Comfortable shave, It's been a while since I got the Fat Boy wet so out I brought it and paired it with the Ladas blade.
