Blade got a bit tuggy on its 3rd outing and I had to slow down, but still managed an acceptable shave. Time for a new blade tomorrow though.

Post: Alum, cold splash, BBR Post shave balm

Very nice shave, still finding my way with the futur, i'm not finding it as aggrssive as i was told so will keep cranking it up until i'm happy.

My Proguard blunted last night, so I'll use this setup until the Rapira blunts then crack out a Professional and alternate between the cobra and the Kai.

After using my new R41 for a week I've been taking it easy with a less aggressive razor and giving my face a rest.
The reason I like NSS so much is the way it leaves your skin nicely conditioned and the faint scent of vanilla persists giving you that just-washed feeling.
The Slim gave a DFS today and I think only missing BBS because I didn't pay enough attention under my chin. It is surprising how close to an R41 shave you can get without all the worry of doing serious damage.
Back to heavy ASB with the cooler weather, Cade does the business very well.

Blade: Personna Stainless Coated
Brush: Vulfix 406 Boar
Cream: Body Shop Maca Root
Aftershave: Astral Cream (light)

A less than perfect shave by some measure, super close but with collateral damage; two weepers and a nick on my bottom lip that just would not stop bleeding.

I had forgotten that a PAL is not a forgiving injector like most Schicks and went at it without due care. I have been reminded!

Soap: Ogallala Bay Rum, Lime & Peppercorn shave stick
Razor: Digress HD
Blade: Personna Lab Blue
Post: Thayer's Medicated WH, Institut Karité ASB
Fragrance: Ogallala Bay Rum scented witch hazel

Result: Lovely shave, two passes and smooth as anything. Great blade

Post shave : Freezing cold flannel followed by Proraso splash

First time for the Feather in the Prorgress, very nice shave.

Having used the Chubby with the proraso for my last 4 work week shaves I'm really starting to get the hang of it now, my respect for it is starting to turn to love (almost) and it's getting through the Proraso like there's no tomorrow.
