There's something with the musk that makes this one like CS gas to me, it's not so bad when lathered but out of the pot it's nauseous. The cats outside may go away now.

How's it smell?!

Different to what I thought, light then heavy, clean but really dirty at the same time. I've smelt it before but can't place where. Similar to obsidian/spitfire if you've tried those, but vanilla comes through. Think of a dirty vanilla ice cream, like a really good one.

Im guessing the vanilla smell is the tonka bean, then the dirty side from the vetiver

The scent on this to me seems quite complex so I am having difficulty in pinning down the different scents but over all it's vey good indeed, it may well open up when lathering, can hardly wait!
