Digestive Biscuits

Pah! Calories are for consuming, not counting.
That's the beauty of it, I don't count em :D I just balance my diet much better than I used to. Much healthier now than I was a year ago when I started. Lost over 4 and a half stone, dropped my BMI from top end of overweight to bang on in the middle of the healthy zone, and dropped my body fat percentage from nearly 28% to under 17.5% :)
 
Usually no comment, but since it's a biscuit debate, lol just plain for me,but there are people who may like to put cheese and jam on them, never tried that but I'm assured the flavour's complement each other surprisingly well.

The wife has just suggested icing :eek:
It's not often she pipes up in TSR so what the hell!!
