What is a good safety razor for shaving the pubes(especially the testicles)? I was thinking of an open comb since the hair is more coarse there? A Merkur 25C?

Rather than take such drastic action, there's normally what's known as the 'special clinic' attached to most hospitals. It's very discreet and they'll be able to sort you out in no time at all with a special ointment to effectively deal with the nasty little creatures
