So it looks like I have a newer batch than the dodgy batch so it looks like a mistake in production rather than a reformulation. That means I have soap to last untill I am 137yo not 135.5 yo.

I made a point of looking for any type of code on the box or on the package ( law for tracing purpose ) when I saw the code I knew it was not a box manufacturer code because it was squint, ie not in line so the packer put the code on the box.

At almost $20 a puck by the time you've paid postage and import duty to the UK, that works out quite expensive. Although the bacon scent for wool fat sounds amazing.I guess you guys haven't heard of Classic Shaving in US classicshaving.com

I had the same issue with a puck i got from face and co, hapless dissipating lather and the puck didnt develop the tell tale cracks on the surface inbetween uses. They replied advising it was my fault due to excess water... i ended up using it as hand soap.
The puck i have now ( different vendor ) is back to the usual quality, so hopefully the issue is resolved!!

Sorry, I don't have a code, but I purchased a refill puck from Amazon UK in June 2020, and it's definitely not as good at creating a lasting lather as previous pucks I have had.
As I have posted previously, I normally find that MWF lathers up superbly.
