What is the Worst Brush you ever used?

My Vie Long tangles if i load too heavy handed! But, when plastering the lather on the face it does it like a pro.

My Semogue 1305 and to some degree the 2000 ive also got seems to dump its lather on the first pass no matter how loaded it may be?

How new? Cause I've had mine for three years now and it's pure awesome. Has any newer generation come along?

I mean the V2 brushes which came out around 2012/2013 - I can't remember exactly when.

I would have to say the first generation Simpson CH2 synthetic. Awful. Stiff to face lather, and the pressure needed to get the synth bristles to splay and stay there was not comfortable. I love me some Simpson 2 band brushes though...

The new Muhle synthetic brushes are very nice, all other synthetic brushes I have seen/used are cheap rubbish that don't perform well and fall to bits very quickly.

Utter rot. I'll take a wild guess that the only synthetic that Traditional Shaving sell are Muhle. Oh, look at that ...

The Vie Long synthetic is excellent, never tried a Muhle and probably won't as the Vie Long works for me.

Gillette, the sort of shit unlucky men can get....I can't even think of an alternative use for that dang thang! Aimlessly lobbing at a target whilst bored perhaps?
