I return the compliment T. - you guys definitely have the upper-hand on seafood. I've been told that John Dory is a good feed? Do you get scallops and razor clams in the warm water? - I.Outstanding, Iain!! Making me hungry, too!
Indeed - John Dory is delicious. More common on the east coast. We get excellent local scallops, and razor clams are a big favourite in southern waters, particularly South Australia. In my neck of the woods, there are a plethora of tasty fish; IMHO the best of which are the Dhufish, Red Emperor, Baldchin Groper, and Coral Trout.I return the compliment T. - you guys definitely have the upper-hand on seafood.
