What are you eating tonight?

I did a Chicken Schnitzel and use-up remains of a bag of salad ... and a burger bun, just because. Sauce is creme fraiche, Dijon mustard and pickled gherkins with capers chopped up. No herbs (other than dried) in the house, so that was that.
