Are you highlighting my poverty? Actually I have bought a medium gammon joint, and haven't gotten around to baking/roasting it yet.

Guinea Fowl, Roast Potatoes, Carrots,Peas, Redcurrant jelly, gravy.
A nice choice for Two as an alternative to Chicken, and IMHO better than most Supermarket Chicken.

I did a Chicken Schnitzel and use-up remains of a bag of salad ... and a burger bun, just because. Sauce is creme fraiche, Dijon mustard and pickled gherkins with capers chopped up. No herbs (other than dried) in the house, so that was that.

I grabbed a Burger King Classic Double Melt on my way to grocery shopping at Sainsburys. What an exciting life I lead...
