What are you eating tonight?

I made a King Prawn Madras. A bit hit and miss. The rice was very good, the King Prawns had a fishy taste. I shall defrost them in water next time. So made with Garlic, Pasata and Waitrose Madras paste.I had ran out of onions...

 
I'm just about to dish out my easy Saturday night meal, which is leftover Friday night Chilli con Carne simply rolled in tortilla and covered in a spicy cheese sauce ... Mexican Cannelloni? Cut a wedge of iceberg lettuce and found we have no ranch dressing, so I made up a mix of mayo, creme fraiche and some teaspoons of pickle liquid. It's all I had.
