Just tried the csalamádé and red cabbage saurkraut I made months ago. Absolutely fantastic, much better than shop bought.Just finished making csalamádé, Hungarian pickled mixed vegatables.
Was given a jar a few weeks ago thought it was very good so decided to make my own.
If it turns out anything like the jar I was given I will be a happy man.
I had fish sticks on bread with fries from the air fryer, good stuff!Wifey loves me, simple fish finger sandwich tonight, homemade tartar sauce and cheapy fishfingers from lidl, on a brioche bun and skin on chips.
