Same setup as yesterday for a shave I barely needed, yesterday's holding up so well. A++ result. I love the RG so very, very much.

I hope those celebrating today (we mostly go tomorrow here) enjoy gift & gluttony day.

Two passes plus touchups

Finished off with some seasonally suitable splash of the barbershop bay rum variety - the cloves, the cloves! Lovely scent for a christmas shave.

Very happy face today.

Okay so I said no Christmas day shave, but I got two good presents so I had to:

Brush: Penhaligons nickel brush in super badger
Soap: Truefitt and Hill 1805

Razor: Merkur 37C Slant bar
Blade: Gillette 7 o'clock green SS (1)
Afters: L'Occitane Verdon face splash​



First shave with a 37C, quite impressed and a decent shave. Treated it with a bit of respect (rightly) and it's all good, wouldn't want to rush a shave with this.
