Brush: Neep in soapstone from Kenya w extra stuffed 28 mm silvertip
Razor: Bengal in cast steel
Soap: Cade
AS: Old Spice, Fresh Lime
Strops: Neil Miller
Result: Very, very clean :D

Mighty fine steel, for being cast steel and I got a lovely Friday shave :)

Then off to the Dentists for a scale, polish and filling. Excellent.
 
This morning:

Prep: Face wash, Imperial Leather bath soap
Razor: Feather Artist Club RG (wood), Pro blade (5)
Soap: Trumper's West Indian Limes
Brush: Simpson Tulip T2 in two-band Super
Balm: Trumper's Skin Food, West Indian Limes
Scent: Trumper's GFT
Result: as fine as usual.
 
Another shave today. Had to give the Kent (Mitchell's Wool Fat) shaving soap a go.
No problems lathering despite my hard water. Sticking it in hot water for a few minutes, draining off the excess water then lathering slowly. Benefits from using less water; produces a very rich lather from a small amount. Love the fresh, clean smell and no allergies noticed (yet) from the lanolin. Face doesn't feel dry. I did my research on this soap and have been meaning to try it for about two years!

Schick M-type adjustable on 2 with Gillette Platinum Plus blade (third use)
The blade has been sitting in the injector for a while and isn't that sharp now.
