I had identical thoughts on the razor. VERY well describedView attachment 82651
What's the worst that can happen?
razor - Yaqi - vicious bastard on a stick slant
blade - Treet carbon (1)
brush - Simpson Special best
soap - Vie Long stick (tallow)
post - cold water
a/s - Nivea 2 in 1
scent - Homme de Caron edt.
Further adventures in Treet carbon land. This razor transcends the category aggressive - being better described as violent. It constantly wants to bite but if handled with care provides an astonishingly close shave. Job done but whatever the opposite of a relaxing Sunday shave is - that was it. Efficient but not much fun. The re-branded old formula Lea tallow soap still shines. Cheers all - I.

Seaforth Sea Spice Lime
Wow! Must be named after Seaforth docks here in Liverpool. Unfortunately it doesn't conjure up thoughts of limes and spice, more slime and mice.
I believe the original ”Seaforth“ brand took their name from an area in Canada.
Given the logo - I'd always assumed that it was connected to the now defunct regiment. - I.It does have a bit more of a romantic connotation about it.
