Soap - C.R.Salter Soild Shaving Soap
Brush - Shavemac 30mm Two Band Fan
Post - Thayer's Astringent
Frag - Floris of London - Honey Oud
Using my favourite razor and brush along with the superb Souplex razor blade and the often overlooked but outstanding C.R Salter shaving soap today's shave was bound to be a good one and indeed it was, super smooth skin was the end result but best of all was the enjoyment I had whilst getting there.
To finish a perfect shave I allowed myself a few spray's of the lovely Floris Honey Oud EdP.....wow! Now that's fantastic!

Cream - Simpsons Peppermint & Rosemary
Brush - TOBS Super Badger
Razors - Joseph Rodgers & sons, Gillette New Standard
Blade - Feather
Balm - TOBS Jermyn Street
The first two passes with the Joseph Rodgers were hard work this morning, so a third clean up pass with the Gillette New saved the day with a super-smooth result. A great little razor!

Really lovely shave this morning the Signature Soap was excellent as always and the Razor is fresh off the hones and made for a close comfortable shave.

A very pleasant Saturday morning shave. The result was not as close as yesterday's shave with the Yaqi Katana, but the threat level was somewhat reduced. The Rockwell is a very easy razor to shave with, but the Feather blade was definitely on it's last trip. The Dandelion brush did not disappoint on its second outing, the knot is very effective and the handle is really ergonomic. It created a good lather with the Iceni soap, although I do find the P&B soaps a little more difficult than some.

Taking a break from the Carbon CX pass around. Chose my Paradigm as I could sense it was feeling neglected. A fantastic shave using the DG Weinstrasse soap. Could this be my favourite scent in wet shaving? It could be?

Brush - Ex Sh Medium Jock
Blade - Sputnik #1
Balm - Barts Amber and Jasmine
Splash - Mudder Focker
I received this soap from one of my regular suppliers (wink wink) as he didn't like the scent.
I agree, out of the tub it's not inspiring.
Once lathered up it's scent changes for the better and performs very well.
An easy two passes with and across the grain.
Unfortunately I'm completely out of Juniper Berry balm and splash so had to use Barts Amber and Jasmin balm and the MF splash, both great scents.
