They're a good, honest, no-frills Super Stainless blade. SuperMax are a huge deal in India and this is their standard offering.

How do they compare to my favourite Astra Green or London Bridge?

It's definitely not as sharp as the London Bridge. Probably a touch less than the ASP.

The SuperMax blades?
Personally, I prefer them ... but then I do like a straight-up Super Stainless blade.

The Dorco Prime blade is highly engineered, diamond-hardened and edged with Platinum. The SuperMax Super Stainless are just that ... a simple Super Stainless (coated with PTFE).

You're asking the wrong person on one of those ... personally, I find the Astra Super Platinum to be a rough, tuggy and raspy shave, leaving patches and irritation. Always have. Highly popular blades, though and many folks find them to be a baseline "good" shave. On that, I'd probably say you'd find the SuperMax possibly not as smooth but the sharpness would meet with approval.

Versus the Gillette London Bridge, not as sharp. That said, not as vampiric. You'll get a sound shave without any thrills or fuss. It is exactly that: a no-frills, simple, straight-up Super Stainless. Baseline shave.

Supermax blades seem to be more razor sensitive than some others. For example their Blue Diamond Platinum was ok in a Tech, but glorious in a slightly more efficient razor.

Blades are a really YMMV issue though.
