Sunday evening.
Prep: Wash face with glycerin soap, lather face massage, hot towel.
Soap: Trufitt & Hill Luxury.
Brush: Simpson Colonel 2 Band Super.
Razor: Le Grelot quarter hollow.
AS: Thayers Witch Hazel followed by Proraso Balm & Splash.
Sunday evening.

Superdrug Forest fresh AS
Day 3 for the feather (and I think its got another shave in it), loaded it up into the Starline ( a razor I forget about, should use it more often) and another DFS was had, what more can I say about these blades, lets just see how long this one lasts :ugeek: . Tomorrows weapon of choice - the Feather Portable :shave .

First time using the rocket in months, It is a solid performer and feels nice and sturdy when using it,I think I will be holding onto this now :roll:
Bolzano blade performed well,no tugging and no burn.DRH Rose is very nice.Sweet rose smell which last long enough for the shave but doesn't linger afterwards.Very easy to lather and good protection.I haven't noticed any brush discolouration.Lots of changes here from my usual set up but no problems to report.
If these blades are readily available I would recommend they are worth a try out.Oh and buy the DRH Rose
EDIT: £30 for 100 of these blades I can't see them joining my rotation which is a shame.

Think 6 is the limit. Could squeeze an extra shave out of the Feathers, but its just not worth it. Think my skin prefers the sharper blades in the Superspeed compared to the red tip though.

Proraso Balm cut with YSL Rive Gauche a/s splash
Superlather Sunday -- and it really was a slick, super lather...wads of the stuff.
Veryclose shave from the Feather Portable/Feather combo. No ATG needed on chops, but the neck got the BBS treatment, with a small weeper marring an otherwise good shave.
Another 2 hairs shed from the 404 :x, and the truly magnificent Proraso balm is nearly gone -- not sure whether to buy it again (prob'ly will), or try Speick or DR Harris.
