Got a bit more of a menthol effect time time out, but still its very subtle.
Result: A very good shave. Very Impressed with the Laurel OC razor. Had no nicks, cuts or irritation with it at all.

May be its the improving technique, or Nanny's top soap but this is one of the best shaves so far. No irritation or nicks, a very close shave indeed.

This combination has been great, for me, recently; I've been using, almost exclusively, Erasmic cream (bowl lathered) for quite a while now and I have rekindled my admiration for it.
The Slant is fabulous when used with absolutely zero pressure; an engineering marvel providing great shaves.

Got a BBS shave today but some how at the expense of my face, nicked myself loads and am pretty red now! The ogallala is great but my it's HOT I almost started to panic and wash it off but remember a post here saying it heat the ol' mug up a little.

I decided to give a run out for the samples I got from Professor Blighty.Don't have any of his shaving soap (yet) so I used tabac (a favourite of his ) . Nice smell off the oil tea tree? ,geranium? not too strong nice. The aftershave nice smell , will use it tomorrow ,has a bit of the 'kick' I like but too much for the faint hearted , I quite like it. The blueberry cologne , does'nt smell particularly of blueberries ,not sure if I'd want to smell too fruity quite a masculine smell not strong , a bit spicy . Nice stuff Prof, I like.
