Bit of a risk free buy with an adjustable. Either you love it or make your money back if you choose to sell it on. Definitely worth a punt.

Injectors have enough variety to give lots of choices for both razors and blades. Means that more options are available for any fine tuning for the great shave. Or, just keep things easy and stick with one razor and a few blades and done deal on still having good, but not great results.

Either way it's a nice change of pace kinda thing that can also become a real effective set up if you want it to. Still not crazy money for razors either.

I do like that idea, Im scanning ebay as we speak but Im going to have to learn what Im looking at first, never paid them any attention. The same thing happened when I picked up a 1912 and then that journey began, but I only got a choice of one blade, a stainless gem, tried some carbons but didn't get on with them. I like the idea of a selection of blades.
 
Im massively tempted but the sensible side of me is telling me to hold out as I've got two mots in jan on my car and the car I couldnt sell. Maybe it still will be there?

How did the G1 with the Chicks and/or Personna go? Just bought one myself; interested how the blade combo went......

The new Personna blades are definitely sharper and smoothness is relative for many. I don't have a lot of 'flight time' logged on the Personna, but in my G1 the Personna blade was noticeably sharper and I had to be more careful than with the 'Chick'. In my Hydro-Magic the Personna blade was superb. YMMV.

I ran out of blades, a friend gimme a couple of vintage ones. Got a good shave but I must still buy some blades. Baby on the way you, the little blitters are expensive.
