Al Aneeq Black Musk ... not your traditional black musk by any means, it's very floral! But, yes, it's musky and there's dark gourmand from tonka in there, further darkened by (presumably lily and jasmine) white florals.

That’s an amazing scent - among my favourites! Got a 2ml of it but definitely will pick up a bottle sometime!

Al Haramain Fakat Lil Rijal (literally, "For Men") ... a blend of blackcurrant, bergamot, lily of the valley, rosewood, jasmine, ylang ylang, vanilla, cedarwood & musk. Not a million miles off Trumpers Eucris, just less dark.

Great scent with above average longevity.

Sample usage continues - getting my nose used to various notes as well as using up samples that I'm not overly precious about. Being quite generous on amount of sprays lol!
Quite a mainstream scent it is. First 30 seconds of opening is really nice (reminds me of BLUICE aftershave), however after it just becomes really shower gel like scent. I'm assuming the juniper berries from the opening start mixing with middle notes to give this kind of effect. Soapy/gelly scent. Inoffensive scent but nothing that great. I think it would be a nice scent to put when getting out of swimming pool or maybe out of the shower on the weekend.
