Definitely a blue themed shave this morning, The Feather combination is smooth and close enough in two passes, but three would probably be ideal. Personally, I find three passes a little too much for my face.
 
Very interesting indeed....can't wait for more info about the blade story..

Besides wanting a good Shave I wanted to see how this Granado Shave bar performed, as my recent use of a Mogno Shave Bar has been really good.Initially I tried applying it directly to the face like a stick and working up the lather with a brush- not at all good. I had more success lathering directly on the bar, but during the Shave the lather dissipated quickly and needed constant refreshing. My first thoughts not a patch on Mogno, half the size and more expensive.
However on the plus side the Shave went well , trouble free with a really close finish. This Hawk V3 is rapidly rising in my list of favourites.

Razor- Gillette Fatboy (4) (2)
Blade- Gillette 7 O'clock Green #4
Post- Barts Cinnamon and Patchouli Balm

4th Shave with the Fatarse and all went well. Noticed a little bit of tugging this evening so it'll be a new blade for the next shave.
