Got a love hate thing going on with wedges at the moment. The steepening of the angle needed compared to a hollower blade can be quite disconcerting. But if you can get it the way it rips through stubble is addictive.
M6 is so soft, but not the biggest of knots.

Prep - shower
Razor - Muhle 89
Blade - Pol Silver
Brush - Safety Razor Silvertip
Cream - La Toja
Aftershave - Phoenix CaD
Cologne - Alvarez Gomez

6am to 2pm shift today with a heavy cold. Feel a lot better after a bottle of wine and shower and shave. The aftershave is a waste of time, the cologne is nice stuff, freshens you up. A bite to eat and of to bed.

All the best

Kevin

SOTD - Saturday afternoon
Pre: Village Barber oil
Cream: Alvarez Gomez-Acqua di Colonia
Brush: Shavemac 26mm 2-band silvertip
Razor: Merkur Digress
Blade: Gillette Goal stainless (1)
Post: Thayer's witch hazel followed by Alvarez Gomez-Acqua di Colonia splash

Whoa!
Occasionally I consider selling this Merkur Digress and then I say to myself "I should probably shave with it just to be sure."...and then I get a super-smooth and effortless BBS like today.
First time using this Goal SS blade and it's a fantastic smooth blade. The AG cream whipped up a thick fragrant lather.
