I've not posted for a couple of days as have been a bit busy. As I had a new arrival this morning I thought I should post a SOTD.

Todays shave is in order to try out my new iKon Deluxe Open Comb that the postie delivered this morning.

A delightful shave this morning, I thought I would like this razor as I have the OSS and like using the Open Comb side. This new Bulldog II handle is great as well, just a little bit bigger than the standard Bulldog with a bit more weight. BBS

After trying a couple of days without MWF, back with it and a much nicer shave. Hope to get a few more shaves from this blade/soap combo.

Just found the sight and joined up. Ditched the old Mach 3 and the Philishave electric and am loving my new wet shave routine. Going 3 weeks now. Still refining my supplies and technique. Great fun experimenting.

2 day growth - Leisurely Sunday. Plenty of time!

Brush: Vulfix Super Badger
Razor: Merkur 33C
Blade: Feather
Post: Cold splash, Thayers Original Witch Hazel

Brush: Edwin Jagger Chatsworth Ebony synthetic bristle
Cream: Erasmic (Made in Jordan formulation with coconut oil)
Razor: Edwin Jagger Chatsworth Barley
Blade: Shark chrome
After shave balm: Edwin Jagger Sea Buckthorn.

This is the second Shark blade from a pack of 5. The previous Shark blade was very mild and smooth, but this second one does not seem as mild. But I'll see it through to day 4 anyway.

Also, I'm using a Crabtree & Evelyn tube key on the Erasmic tube, and it certainly makes a difference to how much I use.
