Saturday:
19 mile walk to neighbouring town and back via rural path followed by 2 mile evening walk with my ageing dog who, by the time we returned, had almost forgiven me for leaving him behind earlier. Bugger all else 'cos I was cream crackered after that and rather bloated following a monster Ruby.
Sunday:
8 mile walk with that damn hill run again
900 calf lifts
131 press ups (35,32,33,31)
135 sit ups (40,35,30,30)
120 leg raises (4x30)
4x10 reps ez curl bar with 35kg
120 squats
48 shoulder pull-lift thingies on each arm with 15kg disc weight (4x12)
Monday:
5 mile walk with run up bastard hill
900 calf lifts
100 press ups (35,33,32)
105 situps (40,35,30)
90 leg raises (3x30)
80 squats
90 clenches on each hand with 200lb heavy grips (3x30)
24 shoulder pull-lift thingies on each arm with 15kg disc weight (2x12)
Been using Runkeeper to track my walks as a friend introduced me to it. Quite happy with it so far.

Can't fart in the pool old boy, would make for some strange looks and possible follow through could be tragic. May end up on the wall of shame, next to the girl who conveniently 'started' during spin. Quite an interesting class.Aye, get well soon TP.

Felt as weak as a half-starved kitten but pushed through in the end.

....and umpteen muckle great farts making a very windy workout - anybody else get this?
Felt a real buzz tonight but maybe that was just the chocolate and large pot of tea beforehand?
