Gillette Rubie Plus is OLD!!!...
so... seems like edit option for a post is available only for certain period of time... Going to message Boab about it.
Good morning @donnie_arko I've just woke up from the DEAD! nearly 8am Australian time. This is the latest below, very slowly from time to time IF I try another blade. YMMV because everybody is different. Also, @SpeedyPC
I can't remember where I saw it (maybe ATG), you did a list of blades you tried (lots of Gillettes) ranked in order of sharpness, with the Astra SP. Could you post it here if you get the chance? I remember seeing it and thinking it was pretty good, of course YMMV but a good list nonetheless.
Yes they were at the time, until, Gillette Rubie Plus became a major counterfeit issue from Amazon and eBay online somewhere around from 2004 to 2007. I can’t remember correctly. But they are an absolutely fantastic blade made for the long haul.
No worries and are you a real dead serious Arko urinal stick lover, otherwise, you’ll need to see a very serious bloody psychiatrist.@SpeedyPC
A great list thanks for posting it.
They're actually made in both places. The London Bridge in orange pack, distributed in South East Asia, is made in Shanghai. The blue pack, for distribution in Egypt, is made in India by Vertice (the same company that makes Gillette Winner blades). The new London Bridge is made in Shanghai not in India
