I bought Vicco Turmeric skin cream in 1990 as I was into Ayurveda, natural medicine and Indian stuff in general. Turmeric is used as a traditional medicine for the skin, among other things (turmeric and hot milk for colds
) I used it to try and treat teenage acne as I was desperate for anything to combat that.
Also tried an Ayurvedic toothpaste as I recall. Not bad.
