Had to be done, really.

and I'm blaming you!

They had the plastic bottles in the shop, but I just couldn't resist the classy glass one. Yes, the scent is very fleeting and it BURNS somewhat compared to, say, Old Spice or Tabac.

Glad to be of service. Remember: one man's burn is another man's feedback.

(At least you have a lovely looking bottle to bite on.)

Not with MBs but with Colonel Conk's glycerin soaps. Went well enough. Nuke it at about 10 to 15 seconds a time until it melts. Don't overdo or you'll cook the scent out, and possibly burn the soap.

A translucent Arkansas stone, a gift from Mikael

It's nothing to do with shaving really because it's a too small for razors, but it'll certainly get used. Here it is amongst some bigger ones:

The Washita at the top is 11"x2"; the new arrival is 3 1/2"x 7/8". Thanks again to Mikael, and to Neil Miller for forwarding it.

If they have Made in England on the blade, they'll be of no use to you at all. I'm willing to dispose of them for you gratis.
