Phoenix and Beau Denali
Yaqi Red Marble Tuxedo 24mm synth
Face lather
Rockwell 6C (R4)
Gillette Wilkinson Sword
Mentally Alcolado Glacially Face Freeze Stuff

No photos, ‘cos I lost the feeling in my hands due to the cryogenics. A great shave, though. Denali is the perfect warm weather soap and the icing (literally) is the Alcolado Glacia. Smooth and freezing cold. Sweet spot plate-wise on the 6C is definitely R4.

Pre - Shower / Face wash
Soap - TOBS Sandalwood
Brush - Executive Big Jock
Razor - Merkur 34
Blade - Wilkinson (4)
Post - Alum followed by some moisturiser with SPF

I missed shaving yesterday as I had to be up and out quite early (for me). Felt horrible by the end of the day.

Two days growth, nice two pass plus a third / touch up pass. One weeper by my apple, which had gone by the touch ups and no feedback from the alum. Comfortable shave...

Brush - Yaqi Plissoft 22mm
Soap - Palmolive Menthol Cream
Razor - Souplex Bakelite
Blade - Centwin Super Platinum (1)
Post - Witch Hazel
Balm - Nivea Cooling Kick
Post - Brut Oceans

Tryed out a new blade today, not a blade that seems to get much or any attention, the Indian made Centwin Super Platinum which I presumed was comes from the same factory as Supermax but it turns out it's made by another Indian factory Malhotra, who make blades for Topaz, Vijay, Centwin to name a few and it's the first of their blades I have tried.
I had a suspicion it would be a sharp blade and paired it with my Souplex Bakelite, my mildest DE and for once it was a hunch that paid off, it was a very sharp blade and it paired well with the razor. A delight in the shave, not a million miles away from one of my favourite blades the Gilette 7 Black and I had a delightfully smooth, comfortable and close 2.5 pass shave.

Have a good day gents.

SOTD 26th June 2020

Razor - Gillette English flat bottom tech fitted with a SS short & fat Windrose handle.
Blade - Feather Hi Stainless
Soap - Signature Soaps - Lindis ( lavender )
Brush - Alpha Chubby Silvertip badger
Post - Signature Soaps Aftershave splash - Lindis ( lavender )
Frag - Agua Lavanda - Puig

A wonderful shave today using Signature Soaps Lindis shave soap and a matching aftershave splash that I am currently testing for Brian.
The soap just exploded into a thick creamy lather with ease and was super slick and had plenty of cushion that protected me from the fresh Feather blade that I had loaded into my Tech.
The aftershave splash ( not on sale yet ) that I am testing is very good indeed, a little sting from the splash but then quite soothing as the other ingredients got to work. ( I won't tell you what's in it just incase it's a trade secret ) but it is very good indeed
The Tech fitted with the Feather blade made short work of removing my stubble and leaving me with baby smooth skin.
To finish a splash or two of Agua Lavanda from Puig, just the job! :)

Untill the next time, stay safe and be happy :)

Fri 26 SOTD - Woke up to a wonderful morning thanks to Blademonkey!!
Soap Cella
Bowl Red Nubs
Brush Yaqi 28mm Synthetic
Razor Yaqi DLC
Blade Silver Star 1st
Post & Aftershave
Ice Water + Special Thayers Mix
Hyaluronic + Cella Balm + Polo EDT
This Cella sure can produce some great creamy lather. Hmmm..just...not much of a scent. Brush was excellent in combination with nubs bowl.
Shave with matching razor paired with blade was good, comfortable...ok smoothness and sharpness. 3+1 multiple passes without weepers nor irritation. This razor used to feel aggressive but now, nicely smooth, efficient and able to auto-cruise.
BBS to DFS with rating of 9.5/10.
After many days of testing Tatra blades...one of favourite Silver Star blade now feels less smooth...LOL..
