The cost was £20 including £8 processing. I am mulling over whether I can be bothered to fight for it.

I would ............. Stating that they have applied the charges and taxation against a clearly presented exempt item.

Then I'd send them a bill for £28 and invoice them for a feckin £8 'Administration Fee' while I was at it

@Holyzeus I had it adjusted to 0.74 and it doesn't feel any more aggressive to me, just a little more efficient. Will be a few days before I can be sure of how much of an improvement I've seen.
