My first wife ... for a brief period of 2 years between 1989 and 1991, then some of her wires came lose and she's never been properly repaired.

Probably a write-off by now.

Being there Done that, wires and all, never heard from her since (which I quite like).[emoji33]

Playing club cricket in the 80s and 90s when it was a very sociable game with as much fun after the game as during it. Then league games took hold and it all became very serious - I remember one second team game where the opposition all turned up in matching track suits as if they were Warwickshire first XI. Just wasn't the same after that.

Pub food, used to go a the way to Gloucester to a pub called the hot air balloon went there recently (3 hour drive) food wasn't great, traditional pub grub has changed to gastro and not in a good way
