Sunday morning;

Wholly Kaw, King of Oud
Parker Variant (#2)
Gillette Nacet (#1)
RazoRock BC Synth

Cracked out the thick and slick King of Oud, which paired well with a Variant on setting #2. Contrary to my usual #4, the #2 still gave a good shave, with a firmer feeling blade and the trade off of audible feedback. For a shave only 20 hours after the last it was close and comfortable.

Onto the next one!

Omega 40033
Schick Krona
Gillette Wilkinson Sword (3)
La Toja Shave Stick
Thayers Rose, La Toja balm & aftershave

A lovely shave today, used the stick instead of the cream. A very good lather as expected, the blade wasn't optimum but luckily the final use today. I could use these but I would choose others ahead of it.

Prep: Hot shower, L'Oreal charcoal face wash and Saponificio Varesino Manna di Sicilian bath soap
Razor: Parker Variant (2) (on loan)
Razor blade: Gillette 7 o'clock yellow
Brush: Viginia Sheng 30mm Finest (on loan)
Bowl: Little Wren Pottery
Soap: Saponificio Varesino Tundra Artica
Post: Pitralon Classic aftershave
EDT: Guerlain Héritage

Didn't have time to post this yesterday as I was "out-out" for a friend's birthday.

Used another brush on loan from James AKA @Acer89

The brush was excellent. Although large, it was easy to control the lather. Felt great on the face with a satisfying amount of backbone.

Used my favourite soap, the Saponificio Varesino Tundra Artica. The performance is top draw and the scent is stunning. Although I've tried numerous fragrances I still have found a match for it. If you having suggestions please let me know.

Used the Pitralon Classic aftershave, another scent I love and leaves your skin feeling great.

Finished off with Guerlain Héritage, which is class!

A big thank you to James for the loan of the brush and razor.

Cheers
Rob....

I'll leave you with this...

Second shave with the S2 and I'm impressed, it's a very smooth shaver but it doesn't cope with the grey hairs as well as the R2.
A few pick ups around the chin line led to a bit of irritation. I'll stick a different blade in tomorrow and see how it goes.
It's a great razor but I'm still preferring the R2 at the moment.

Hardly feels like I shaved at all!
As with any razor the edge is what really matters.

Not the look or the price it's the EDGE, but if you're in a hurry these W&B's will mow any beard right down thanks to the weight.

Just get your angle and let gravity and the edge do the rest for you.
Super comfortable!
Shave on!
