Just did a test lather in P&B Sanskrit, here is is post bloom

I'm going to have to get used to the shear amount of water it holds. It lathered such a small amount into a crazy foam, VERY quickly. Coming from mostly boars, this is going to be fun. If I loved the brush before it got wet, I'm heads over heels now. So soft and no trace of any funk, which I'm really surprised about. Was going to shave now but I'll let it all sink in first and take my time later on.

So can we say I told you so it is a different beast totally with the extra dense knot. When you do come round to buying the normal 2 band silvertip you will most certainly appreciate this difference. Best to create, load and paint using the tips of the brush.

Nice one Tazman, I am sitting my ATT on the frostbite and my blackbird on the fire harvest, just like having its own jet burner also the new boxes with red velvet lining are much better!

Oh you most definitely told me so, and I'm truly thankful.
The bloom is minimal, very surprised at how dense it is when loaded. I'll be shaving this evening but going by the first time, really easy to create lather. I've never been one to mash a brush but it's actually difficult to use anything but the tips to build it.
Going to try to get the other brush as soon as I can, just need to decide on a blank.

Did a quick test lather with some Nanny's French Lavender hard soap. Beginning to bloom.

After being stalled in Cologne over the holiday weekend, my brush traveled very fast and arrived today. It looks great, and I'm really looking forward to trying it.
