excellent shave - the 'go to' kit allowed the soap to sing. great lather and all round good performer with a rich scent that went well with the aftershave. Shame i have to wait 2 days to have another go!

Hello, old friend ...

The Muhle played wonderfully on a couple of days' growth. The Feather, alas, worked but this shave proved to be its last. Seven runs is good going for a DE blade, let alone a Feather.

I finished with a custom home made blend of gin, witch hazel, essential oils and two fern scented EDT samples (10ml in 200ml). Lovely floral scent, cooling and good evaporation, leaving a green ferny, mossy scent which will develop overnight and no doubt be with me through tomorrow. I might top up in the morning with something complimentary.

Feather had me a little hot and spicy around the gills afterwards, the cologne lit me up before settling down 5 seconds later. Good shave.

A super shave.

I am making this post on a thirteen year old PC borrowed from a friend, as mine finally gave up working on Sunday after threatening to do so for the last six months. Multitasking.....no way this is strictly one operation at a time and then a wait for it to happen!

Wash in warm water, face lather with soap & Ingram mix.
2 passes today, plus a touch up. More like PolSilver I'm used to but still hints that it's not quite right. A hint of prickle on the jaw line and a little around the colar line, otherwise smooth and close as I've come to expect.
