Fri 12th May
RazoRock Plissoft 22mm
Tabac
Brass General
Schick Proline P-20
Alum Rub/Rinse off
Tabac A/S lotion

A new blade for the General, as the Pro only managed 5 good shaves and gave up. Expect the Schick to do more,as it is good for 10 in the Alu General.

Off to a great start as I am really enjoying getting Lather from the Tabac bowl,as opposed to using
a stick. As expected with a fresh blade the Shave was smooth and trouble free, with a very good close all round finish.

On my travels, slightly different shave set-up

Pre-shave - Warm shower, Wright's Coal Tar Soap, Proraso (Green) Pre Shave Cream.
Razor - Hone 15a
Blade - Wilkinson Sword (day 1).
Soap - Kiehls Close Shave Squadron Cream.
Brush - No brush today
Post shave - Cold water splash, followed by Boots Witch Hazel and Organic Aloe Vera.

Very enjoyable shave, decided to use a mild/forgiving blade as I knew I would not have any lather to shave off. Excellent 2 pass shave with no issues - very happy with the result and pleasantly surprised, as I didn't think I would get sich a close comfortable shave without a brush and soap/cream.

Skin feels excellent, slightly softer compared to the post shave from the ATT SE1 with the Feather Professional.

All the best,

Chris
