Pre-shave - Warm shower followed by Musgo Real Classic Glycerin Oil Soap and Village Barber Shaving Oil.
Razor - Muhle Rocca R96.
Blade - Astra (green) SP (day 2).
Soap - Bay Rum Natural Shaving Cream by Executive Shaving.
Brush - Simpsons Duke 2.
Post shave - Myrsol "plastic shave" and aloe vera.
Followed by D.R Harris Bay Rum Aftershave.

Nice start to the weekend, a relaxed, 2 pass shave - skin feeling great afterwards.

The Musgo soap followed by the Village Barber Shaving Oil worked well.

All the best,

Chris

Not a great photo but a very good shave. The Gillette 7 o'clock super stainless on its third use was still performed brilliantly.

The soap is stunning but the star of the show was the Saponifico Varesino brush. I just love it!
If anyone is on the fence about buying one, just go for it! Life's too short.

I hope you all have a good weekend.
Cheers and be careful out there.

Pre Shave: Hot Shower, Bulldog Face Wash and Proraso Red
Razor: Ikon 101 + OSS Handle
Blade: Iridium Super (#4)
Brush: Proraso Boar
Soap: NSS Old Grey Bristle Test
Post: Alum Block, Cold water and Thayers unscented
AS: Lucky Tiger Bay Rum

Normally I bin a DE Blade after 3 shaves at the moment as I am working my way through the untried blades I have, but I bought these Iridium Super blades recently and as these blades worked out at 80 pence each I thought I would keep going to see how long they last. The best shave I have had so far is this 4th shave so I am going to keep going to see how far this blade can last.

The shave today was fantastic, best lather I have got out the NSS soap so far and the Proraso boar brush made a welcome return as it has been overlooked a bit lately.
