Gillette NEW / UFO
Gillette 7oc Green (3)
Thäter 49125/1 3B
La Toja cream, Classic
Myrsol Agua Balsamica

Late afternoon shave. The summer holiday is treating me well. I slept in a bit, had a leisurely breakfast, and went into school to do a few hours' prep for next year. Then went to the gym, finished with a dip in the outside pool, and came home to get on with some gardening.

Lovely close shave from this NEW that I've married to a UFO Kaiser Short handle.

First try with this Calani Earl Grey soap. Great lather and the post shave feel was fantastic.
Nf tubby brush,
Brandt 6/8
Witch hazel
Nivea

Very VERY close and comfortable.

Prep: Cold Water Splash
Razor: ATT R2 on Weber Bulldog
Blade: Astra SP (2)
Brush Stumpy Gecko Walnut 2-Band
Soap: Lea Classic
Post: Witch Hazel Splash
Aftershave: Myrsol Blue

2x New item's in this shave

Lea Classic soap -Lathers and acts like MWF, subtle sandalwood scent, very light cooling, after shave skin feel might be slightly better than MWF (i need to use it more) - soap with notes of Sandalwood and Mugo, is formulated with Glycerin, Lanolin, Allantoin, Bisabolol and Menthol

Myrsol Blue - Smells nice, slightly different to Floid Blue, does its job.

I'm happy with both purchases.

Lea Classic will join my favourite soaps (MWF, DRH Almond, Proraso Menthol, Lea shave stick)

Myrsol Blue will join my favourite aftershaves (Floid Blue, Proraso Menthol, Speick)

Brush: Frank Shaving finest badger 24mm
Soap: Nanny's Holly grail
Face Razor: Frankorazor made of a Pearl SSH01 Open Comb head mounted on a Parker 98r handle (I am a barber poll convert now when using OC heads).
Blade : Gillette Silver Blue (5)
Neck Razor and touch ups: King Of Shaves Hyperglide
Alum
AS: Mennen Skin Bracer
Moisturiser: Arko Nem Olive cream

I find that my neck is really sensitive to any DE razor apart from the Wilkinson Classic and carts, so a DE blade never touch my neck, the Wilki is now pushed back in the box as the Hyperglide does such a good job in this area without any redness left.

Friday

Nanny's French Lavender hard soap
Semogue SOC Boar
Slim Adjustable
Sputnik
Proraso AS

A great shave, top lather and an amazing scent from Nanny's soap. Minty fresh finish to the shave.
