Razor: Sam Seong non folding straight (from Whosthedaddy's passaround)
Blade: Feather Pro Guard
Razor: Merkur 34C
Blade: Personna (nonspecific from ASDA)
Post: Alum/Nivea balm. Followed by Nivea Moisturiser.

First outing with the Sam Seong. First impressions; very easy to hold and manipulate. Can use cack-handedly much easier than a folding straight, if you so wish. First pass with this, touch up with the 34C. Second use of the Personna blade. I actually like this blade!
Nice shave. Lots more practice required with the Sam Seong. A touch of razor burn. Hence the need for extra moisturiser! And a little nick to boot...

This GFT eucris really is an enigma, the most lovely scent but poor quality lather. But ironically the slickness and cushion does seem really good. So I just resign myself to some mid-pass re - lathering. A small price to pay I think. The end result is an awesome shave and my skin feels really slick and moisturised. Great start to the weekend.

With the addition of a full shim , the Razor felt mildly aggressive. I found it to be most effective when making small strokes , especially on the upper lip and chin. Considering I had not used it for a while , the shave was trouble free and I was more than pleased with the close finish achieved .

What a fabulous shave, so good I wanted to start again! Everything was just right tonight, no AS sting, super soft feel.
